SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN: Your order is shipped within 24 hours! Fair World Gallery fills orders Monday-Friday; orders placed on the weekends are shipped on Monday. Once shipped, orders take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. No shipments or deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
WHERE: Fair World Gallery ships to the continental U.S. and the United Kingdom. We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
HOW: Fair World Gallery ships all orders via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail unless you specify 2nd Day Air. If you would like an item shipped Overnight, please chose that option upon checking out.
RETURN POLICY
At Fair World Gallery, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 30 days, from your date of order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items in quantities less than two. Exchanges are shipped by UPS ground or USPS. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The following requirements need to be met for any exchange or refund:
Fill out return card that was enclosed with your shipment and return to address below. If no return card was present, simply write name, address, and order number (if known) on a piece of paper and send with the item to the address below.
Your item is unused and repackaged as received.
Your returned item must be received within 30 days from the date of the order. Returns received later than 30 days from the order date, will only receive partial credit or will be shipped back at your expense.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service is recommended. We cannot be responsible for anything lost in shipping.
Returns of 3 or more items will be subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
